ICX 7150 Switches auto discovery

We just have Ruckus 1 running on our platform.  I want to manage the switches from my desktop.  Is it possible to auto discover the switches.  How can I add them to my environment if I can't auto discover?

For the switches to be up on Cloud there would be a need for the switches to be connected to the network and have access to the internet.
