Router not working due to power outage

I have no internet this sucks.  How do I get help.

We understand since power outage you do not have internet access. Could you please help us below:
1)Switch model and firmware ?
2)Is there any amber light indication on switch? You can share the picture of front panel and share it with us?
3)Are you able to take console access to the switch:

Incase the switch is completely down, with no access through console as well. You can use below link to log a ticket:
