Ruckus not working after power outage

When we have a power outage it usually takes a few minutes for the ruckus switch to get back online. We had a power outage about two hours ago and it’s still not turning back on. In the front of the box there is one green light marked pwr and in amber light on marked syst. I have tried unplugging it for 30 seconds but that isn’t helping. My wife and I both work from home and need our internet restored. The fact that I can’t call and talk to someone is extremely frustrating!
