ICX 7150-C12P no upload

Hello,

I'm in a Lennar home with an ICX 7150-C12P switch and R510 access point. Internet provider is ATT with their hardware BG W210-700.

When I am directly hardwired to the BG W210, a speed test result shows 700+ download and 700+ upload. However, when I am hardwired to the ICX switch, a speed test result shows 700+ download and 0 upload.

How do I resolve this issue? Do I upgrade the firmware on the ICX switch? If so, how do I upgrade with a macbook pro?
