Dear All,
Hope all find in good health.
One of my ICX 7250-48P switch is equipped with VOIP phone , POE is working great and stability .
Last 2 week ago Switch POE function is suddenly stop but all config and switch function is working as usual. i try to reload switch and inline power disable /enable but didn't work .
My question is ,
1- It Hardware error or software error . can we fix it ?
2- Why is this happening and how to check it .
3- Can i clear the config and use it on other functions that no need require POE (Data Switch)
4- How to clear the config as factory default .
Thanks ,
YZY

HI ye_zey,
The power supply is good:
Power supply 1 (AC - PoE) present, status ok
The POE Hardware looks good as well:
Device HW version : 0:V2R2 1:V2R2 2:V2R2 3:V2R2 4:V2R2 5:V2R2
The POE firmware for 8061 code is good as well:
Firmware
Version
----------------
01.8.8 Build 001
I think we will need further debug via a TAC case.
