ruckus r550 access point

I had a ruckus r550 access point installed to help eliminate call disconnects and line degrading with my cell carrier during WiFi calling. It initially worked fine to eliminate 95% of all the problems, however, lately it is problematic as I am having several dropped calls throughout the day and which I noticed the amber light activates on the 5G port. How can I remedy this?

Can you provide us a bit more information please?

What software version are you running on the AP? And is only one client device having issues or multiple?

I had a technician install this device so I have no clue how to check what version I am running on the AP. Can you tell me how to find that? One client. Thanks.

Please ssh to the device and login with the username and password assigned to the device.

Then try  "get version"
