Hello Salah,

Please mention the firmware version of ZD 1100 and ZD 3000 running.

Are you trying to migrate all the APs from ZD 1100 to ZD3000 or only few APs like load balancing between ZD 1100 and ZD 3000?

Regards,
Ahamed.

Hi Salah,

Please let us know the firmware version running on both the controllers and what are the model number of the APs which are showing connected in the ZD1100?

Regards,
Ahamed.

There are a couple of you things you need to do:

1. Make sure both ZD's have the same firmware to limit downtime.
2. Set up your Access Point Policies as below on both ZD's:

Image_ images_messages_5f91c426135b77e24798c08d_92ec1d553b3b6f7ed457fcdc23c350c4_RackMultipart2016020857385qwl7-3d85b1c5-c2f6-4919-8f5b-96594b47343b-1332501082.png1454972628

Once you have done this all AP's should migrate to the primary ZD.

You then just need to remove the Secondary ZD IP Address and your done.

Good Luck
