after reset R320...cannot enter ruckus virtual smartzone

hi...i got problem with my 10pcs of my ap ruckus R320..all my ap cannot enter virtual smartzone....before this auto enter virtual smartzone....im using DHCP to get the ssid name..but after connected to ssid "configure-me"..cannot enter web unleashed.ruckuswireless...pls help

Great, good to know that you now have access to the AP.
Can you tell me which version you have upgraded the AP to?

If you are using the solo version, you can connect the AP to the SZ by typing in the AP CLI: set scg ip <Control_IP_of_your_SZ>

If you are using unleashed firmware, this video has all the steps to connect the AP to the SZ:

not using solo version....using unleashed firmware..but this is happen...the ip of my virtual SZ is correct...

You cannot directly connect to the SZ using Unleashed firmware. First, upload the solo firmware to the AP and then use this command. Refer to the video in my last post for all the steps to convert and connect an AP with Unleashed firmware to the SZ.

hi bruno...i already do update firmmware to solo version..after update i do scg test and is ok...after this what i need to do ???need to upgrade the ap to unleashed firmware back?
