AP R700 does not broadcast the 5 GHz band

Hi all,

The AP only broadcasts the 2.4 band, not 5GHz. I did a factory reset but it still hasn't been fixed. Do you have any solution for this problem? Thank you.

Hello,
Do you know the firmware of this AP? Solo, Unleashed, ZoneDirector or SmartZone?
Can you try to get the output of these commands from the AP CLI?
get nf wifi1
get radiostats wifi1

Hi, the firmware version is 9.13.3.0.41 and joined ZoneDirector 1200.

Could you please navigate to the 'Access Points' tab, locate the specific AP, and check if WLAN services are enabled under Radio 5ghz section? If they are, it's possible that the 5GHz radio of this AP is defective. In such a case, you should open a support case to check the eligibility for an RMA.
