i already enter the web unleashed...but the downgrade process very long time to take (yellow highlighted)...and the wifi name  i created does not appeared and still 2 light..already using automatic  Port....please help...

hi...i got problem with my 10pcs of my ap ruckus R320..all my ap cannot enter virtual smartzone....before this auto enter virtual smartzone....im using DHCP to get the ssid name..but after connected to ssid "configure-me"..cannot enter web unleashed....

hello...after update the latest firmware..i cannot log in to web gui admin..pls help...before this can user username : super and password : sp-admin...after update i cannot use this password anymore..pls guide me..thnks
