Hi,

We have a client with 3 H510 Aps. When I SSH into the individual APs I see a Recover.Me network using get wlanlist. The mac address shows 00:00:00:00:00:00 and it exists on all Aps. I assume this indicates a problem?

Regards,

Hi @sureal_alamsjah

AP broadcast recover.me SSID when AP loses connectivity to the gateway or when there is a change of Service Provider when the AP loses communication with the Gateway.

Can you check if the AP is able to reach the gateway IP configured?
You can login to the AP CLI and ping the gateway.
Or you can ping the gateway from the AP GUI under troubleshooting.

Hi Sanjay,

Thank you for your reply. I can ping the gateway from all APs.

Hi @sureal_alamsjah
Can you get me the output of the below command from Either Master or Member?

From Master:
ap-mode
get wlanlist

From Member:
get wlanlist

@sureal_alamsjah

Those SSIDs will be listed but will be down. So no problem at all, your APs are good.
