Hello
I have Ruckus sz144 controller running on 6.1.2 and ruckus AP R510 .
The Ap is getting IP address from the DHCP, but not connecting to the controller.
I am also not able to access the AP GUI and even resetting the AP, I ma not able to get to the default ip address for the AP.

Hello Daman,
We appreciate you contacting Ruckus Networks.
To address your concern, please follow these steps and inform us of the outcome:
Step 1: Access the AP via CLI and verify the current software version with the command:
rkscli:get versionStep 2: Reboot the AP to factory settings and install the specified firmware version available here:
To factory reset the AP: [Take ssh access to the AP]
rkscli:set factory
rkscl:reboot

Step 4: Establish SSH access to the AP and execute a ping to the controller’s IP address to troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
