I just purchased a T350 ap to add to my existing unleased network with two R510 AP. I plugged the new AP into the existing ruckus poe switch and lights are as follows: PWR - solid green, CTL - blinking green, AIR / 2.4G / 5G all off.
When I login to my existing ruckus unleased dashboard it is only showing my two existing AP. I was told the new AP has to be on the same firmware as the existing network, so I tried logging into the new AP using confirgure.me-2F5710, my understanding is it should not ask for a password, however it is asking and preventing me from logging in.
Any advice would be appreciated.
