Unleashed network with 2x r510 APs, but one has disconnected and wont come back

Hello,

I have 2x r510 APs connected to a ICX switch that have been running happily for 3 years.  However, recently one of the APs (the upstairs one) has gone to disconnected and will not rejoin the unleashed network.  I have pulled the power on it several times, and still just comes up to disconnected in the unleashed dashboard and ioctl light just flashes.  If I disconnect the current master, and leave just the disconnected one on, then it will eventually take over and come all the way up.  But then if I add the other one back in, it wont join.  I did a factory reset on the upstairs one, and saw that it came back with the config.me SSID, so I disconncted, plugged my main AP back in, let it boot all the way up, removed the old object for the AP from the unleashed dashboard, then connected upstairs AP back in, and back to square one.  Shows disconnected in the unleashed dashboard and ioctl is just flashing.

Here is the output of get election

The local AP's ip address is 192.168.x.x, Election role is master, Fix role is NO, Debug level is ERROR, Prefer master is 00:00:00:00:00:00, Prefer Second master is 00:00:00:00:00:00, Dedicated Mode Enabled: NO

Any suggestions outside of completely wiping and starting over would be appreciated!
