We are having an issue with 6.1.2.0.1309 firmware when all clients are being disconnected from random AP.Maybe your issue is somewhat similar.We have opened a support case and it has been a month but there is no solution at the moment.

I see this too in the latest software version, but can't find it in the 200.7 which is the latest firmware for some AP models.
