What is your firmware version? Can you authenticate using the link https://zd_ip/admin/login.jps If not, it's very likely current ZDRC version doesn't work and it's not an issue of your configuration.

I'm running 10.2.1.0 build 183 (recommended for ZD1200 as for now) and it looks like it's not compatible with ZDRC. If you take a private key and check how ZDRC talks to ZD, you'll notice it authenticates using /admin/login.jsp, but the mentioned fw...

Hi,I have similar issue, but it is easily fixed with a "preprocessing -> custom multiplier"Then the obtained value is the same as polling intervalBut what is interesting, that snmpget properly reads the data
