Ruckus Unleashed - Uptime data

Hello all,

I am trying to monitoring Ruckus Unleashed in Zabbix with SMNP. I have 1 master AP and 4 members APs.

When I do a snmpget with Uptime OID to master AP I get correct data (35 days 4h 49 min 02 sec...):



But in Monitoring -> Overview I get wrong data:



In the Template I have configured Uptime unit in the Item:



I am very confused about that, is it possible to fix this issue? In Standalone APs, ZoneDirector and Virtual SmartZone I don ́t have this problem.

If it works on the other three platforms, you might open a ticket with TAC to help investigate.
You should only get responses from the Master AP, by the way.
I don't know anyone using "Zabbix" here, but maybe they've seen it in QA.

Hi,

I have similar issue, but it is easily fixed with a "preprocessing -> custom multiplier"


Then the obtained value is the same as polling interval


But what is interesting, that snmpget properly reads the data
