So far reset hasn't worked, will try few more times. Will look into software update this weekend, looks complicated. Don't know much about networking. RMA repair would be easier.
Tried reset. About 30 minutes later all lights are flashing except pwr light, it stays solid. Should I attempt another reset at this point while still flashing?
Yes, I recall a power outage or internet outage. Not sure if hardware failure cause the outage. Happened a couple years ago and haven't tried getting it repaired until now.
