Tried reset. About 30 minutes later all lights are flashing except pwr light, it stays solid. Should I attempt another reset at this point while still flashing?
Yes, I recall a power outage or internet outage. Not sure if hardware failure cause the outage. Happened a couple years ago and haven't tried getting it repaired until now.
Anyone know how to send in for repair and cost? Submitted a ticket and it was closed, phone or text support not supported.Sys light is yellow, pwr light is green.
