Powers on. Reset didn't fix. Hotspots are not powered on. ICX7150-C12P

Tried reset. About 30 minutes later all lights are flashing except pwr light, it stays solid. Should I attempt another reset at this point while still flashing?

Please try performing multiple hard resets on the switch. If the hard reset does not resolve the issue, please proceed with a software recovery as outlined in the same Knowledge Base article.

So far reset hasn't worked, will try few more times. Will look into software update this weekend, looks complicated. Don't know much about networking. RMA repair would be easier.
