Ruckus ICX 7150 not working after power outage

My Ruckus ICX 7150 is not working after power outage. I tried to boot it by connecting my device to laptop but no luck.

I had tried resetting it for 15 times but no luck. I had executed software recovery steps till the Putty COM3 screen. I am getting error when trying to connect to COM3

I am not detecting any WIFI signal from the RUCKUS 7150 switch. FYI... I am able to use the internet directly connecting to Spectrum router
