My Ruckus ICX 7150 is not working after power outage. I tried to boot it by connecting my device to laptop but no luck.

I had tried resetting it for 15 times but no luck.
I had executed software recovery steps till the Putty COM3 screen. I am getting error when trying to connect to COM3

Could you please share a picture showing the software recovery cable connections between the Switch and Laptop. Also, please share a screenshot of the Device Manager showing the COM ports information.
