After two times of what I thought was a successful firmware update the router is hung again! Please see earlier posts for model info. Need help to upgrade firmware yet another time through USB. Or need help replacing the router!

This is an emergency as the Ring security system is out of commission due to Ruckus router issue.

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode.
You already tried resetting using a paper clip which is not resolving the issue permanently. At this point, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and needs to re-install the image to boot up properly.

Please note, we must use ethernet cable (both ends RJ45 plugs) and USB to type C cable both together as described in steps 2 & 3 in the guide link.

Hello Imran : the instructions for Mac are incomplete. After I install the driver I am unable to see the driver when I enter the ls \dev\cu.* command
