My Ruckus Access point is dead after a power outage no power is coming on. Since now this community thread is the new support model for Lennar Ruckus customers, how can I get it fixed now? This is very frustrating and I’m not tech savy.
I’m sorry I’m not in IT or tech savy individual but all these steps need to be completed for this ruckus to work again? Is there someone that can help over the phone or tech person to come out and fix this issue.
