vSCG Setup Wizard bootstrapping error.

When I finish the vSCG Setup Wizard I get a bootstrapping error. I tried factory defaulting and starting over but get the same thing. I'm using the steps in the Getting Started Guide. Anything I should check or do differently?

Map View Not Working. Firmware 9.6.1.0 build 15 with Java 7

Just installed new Ruckus System and I cannot get the map view function to work. I have the listed firmware and java version above. Any help would be appreciated.

zero-it portal does not work in 9.8

Running 9.8. on my ZD 1100. The portal where an employee can type in their u/n and pw does not work in Chrome or on an Android phone we tried. It accepts the u/n and pw, but then just blinks and returns to that same login page. No file is downloaded....
