My support service hasn't expired yet, why is the status showing disabled
Current version 9.8.0.0.203
Will this affect the upgrade?

Hi Cheng,

It could be various reasons. I would suggest you to reach out to our support cent with controller serial number and the purchase order so that we can check and help you.

It's really bad. I'm in Shanghai, China. It seems that the service calls will be transferred, because the spoken English is not good.

Create a case from the below link and the Welcome center will assist you.

Hi Cheng,

Try to download the support entitlement file from below link (login required to support portal and you have to use the correct ZD serial number) and upload on controller.
