whats whrong with the licenses if my zd 1200 got damaged and I need to change it. I can reinstall the licences in the new zd?

Yes, you can but you will need to reach out to Ruckus admin team to help on the same. You will need to provide old and new serial number of the unit to provide license file.

If ZD1200 is RMAed, you must inform RMA team that you had additional licenses for it, and than RMA team will issue new license for the new device -- license files for ZD1200 are tied to s/n, and can't be used on any other unit.
