Hi,

Looks like a network connectivity issues.

Try to SSH into the ZD CLI and then ping the AP IP address. Also make sure firewall is not blocking anything between your system and the AP/ZD.

If ZD is configured with management VLAN for AP communication, APs will move to configured VLAN (tagged) once configuration is pushed by the ZD, so check that part as well.

HTTP/HTTPS access will be disabled by default, once AP is managed by the ZD.

If the APs are connected to zd1200,i cant able to access through http and https???

and what about putty? all though firewall is not blocking anything.

and we have not configure the vlan too.

NOTE- all the APs are pinging through zd cli and command prompt.

Once AP is managed by controller, web access will be disabled automatically. If required, you can re-enable it using AP CLI.

set http enable

set https enable

SSH should work so I am not sure why SSH is failing.

Are you getting any error when you try to SSH into the AP?

A next possible step can be, packet capture on switch port mirror for the connected AP and on the source system, where you are trying to SSH into the AP. Check the capture and find who is dropping the SSH.

If required, you can involve support by opening a case and they should be able to help you in troubleshooting this further.
