Help with ZF 7363 firmware update

Hey, guys, I need help . I am experiecing some trouble with my ZF 7363. I need to upgrade it to 9.10.2.0.11 version of the firmware, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have? Thanks
I know that it1s not the latest, but it's what I need for the moment.

Hi Wellington,

9.10 is ZoneDirector firmware. The AP can only be loaded with 9.10 when connected to a Zone Director running that version of code. Once thhe AP is connected to the ZD, it will upload the code to the AP.

Separate ZD AP code in not available.

Hi Wellington,

May I know if you are using this AP as stand alone or connecting to a ZD?

If it is an stand alone AP, you can use the most latest supported version 100.1.0.0.500. If you are connecting this to ZD, then ZD will push the firmware automatically.

Let me know the scenario and I will try to help.

Just to let you know, 9.10.2.0.11 stand alone image is not available in support portal, only ZD image is available which you cannot upload to AP directly.

No, it's not the standard alone version.
The automatic update it's failling every time.
