Hello, I have a problem where I can't access my institution's website (https://unilavras.edu.br) through SSID UNILAVRAS. When I place a direct network cable in this VLAN, I get access. When I try to access the site, it keeps loading the page until it fails. When I open Captive Portal, the following address appears: https://unilavras.edu.br/admin10/login.jsp which in the case was supposed to be https://atvaa019.unilavras.edu.br/admin10/login.jsp, where ATVAA019 is the name of the ZD 1200.
Any idea?

OK, see the UNILAVRAS SSID configuration:

The other SSID is a Social Media WLANS Usage and another one is not usage, only for test. VLANS is diferents too.

Hi Juliano,
This is what I was suspecting.
You are using Web authentication and seems redirection is not happening correctly or authentication is not successful.
Normal connection flow on web auth is:
UE connects to WLAN >> Gets an IP address (at this point client cannot reach internet as ZD blocks the traffic. UE is in unauthorized state) >> ZD redirects the client to web portal, for the authentication >> Client inputs username and password (In your case AD credentials) and submit the form >> ZD checks with AD if login credentials are correct >> upon correct credentials, ZD let the UE brows the internet (authorized state).
Please confirm if you are completing the above connection flow and when you are trying to access your company's website.
I also suggest opening a support case and they will help you to check/fix the issue.

Syamantak Omer

Yes, the procedure is correct! When I access the network with a wifi device, open the Login Portal, and login perfectly. I browse all sites except our institution.

Hi Juliano,
You can log a case from the below link. However, an active support contract is must.
I hope you have purchased support contract for your controller.
