Have you attempted defaulting it?


If so, you are best off opening a support case- I have had my own personal ZD do basically the same thing and it ended in RMA.  Those two processes are experiencing crashes, and if you can't manage it there isn't much to do.

Yep, my way of fixing it has been to F/D it.. however you'd figure watchdog timer would execute some sort of script to recover from this

It seems like any time I am poking around with show commands in serial/ssh this ends up happening...

Show commands shouldn't cause that.  I know in my case I had done a few things that support didn't even know were features, but a power outage was the death bell for it.


Watchdog does try to recover, hence "is recovered from failure".  Unfortunately, there's only so much it can do if it keeps crashing.

I didn't do much other than set a management address on a different network than the IPv4 address

I initially was going to transition to a new subnet but was testing when this all happened, just seems weird
