Roaming user connection failed

Friends,

I'm having a little problem in a hotel environment. I own a ZD5000, managing 79 AP's of the ZF7341 client, and there are 5 antennas per floor.
Roaming enabled (802.11r / k); Channel Fly (1, 6.11); background scanning; smart-roaming = enabled;
However, my clients are having AP join / disconnect problem. In one case, the AP requests the IP to the external server, but when the server responds, the AP does not understand and is requesting ip again. And in another case, the roaming customer loses the connection and does not vote (even in the case of the first).
I'm thinking of lowering the power of the antennas, targeting groups of AP's, and each with its static / dynamic channels by the WLC. I would like some help to understand if I'm on the right track, follow the logs for possible analysis / help.

Hello Jardel,
Try disabling 802.11r & k and see if that resolves the issue. I have had experience where older client devices will not join a network with these enabled.

I can not, the customer was complaining about the difficulty of leaving from one environment to another, and requested roaming. However, the user was stuck in the AP, so I enabled the smart.

And noting that you have 802.11b/g only APs, ChannelFly can help optimize channels, but I would not limit to just channels 1/6/11, and let your ZD/Channelfly truely optimize the 2.4G bandwidth usage with all 9 available channels.  Most modern clients use other than just 1/6/11 anymore.

What would be the best channeling 20, or 40 MHz? Remembering that my AP's are 7341
