Hi,

     I´ve added a guest WLAN with success but, when user try to connect to it to generate their credentials the login/portal page that the https://<ruckus>/guestpass presents has a Ruckus logo and seems that changing in the Guest Wlan configuration makes no difference. 

Why I can´t customize the logo so my Guests know that the login page belongs to my company? I tried from the CLI but it doesn´t allow and it wasn´t much of help at all.

Hi,

    Thanks for all the replies.I´ve found that when changing the logo from the Customization page during the wireless network setup, the changes apply only for that specific screen.
    In order to change the logo in the https://<ruckusurl>/guestpass I have to use the option in the menu
WIFI > Default Web Portal Logo - Changing this image applies correctly to all the screens needed during the guest process.

Thank you for posting your query !!!

The CLI won’t help because Unleash doesn’t expose branding customization for the default built-in portal in CLI.

To change the logo in the GuestPass login page in RUCKUS Unleashed, you can make changes to the guest logo for the guest WLAN. Follow these steps:

Navigate to Configure > Guest Access in the Unleashed Web interface.

Select Guest Access Customization.

Here, you can upload your custom logo to replace the default guest logo.

Please note that there is no option to change the logo for a standard Web authentication WLAN, but customization is available for the guest WLAN.
