Manufacturer warranty for products purchased through 3rdparty shops

Sorry to bring the topic again but the answers I am getting are confusing. I'm private person looking for a place to purchase AP.

Ruckus clearly says that AP is covered by limited lifetime warranty as long as it is purchased through the authorized Ruckus partners.

Now there are a lot of legitimate large online shops that sell new not used not refurbished Ruckus APs and these sellers are not authorized partners. They could be authorized sellers of Dell, HP, etc, but not Ruckus. These are not Amazon or eBay sellers, they are large shops, some of them have physical locations.

Is limited lifetime hardware warranty applied to APs sold by those sellers? 

Another question - the local authorized Ruckus partner cannot sell directly to a private person, so they suggested me to purchase through some local small company that can sell the device to me. Looks like Ruckus partner has some relationships with that company. That small company is definitely not a Ruckus partner; it looks like a one-person company that has been existing only for couple of years, and it is unclear what it does since the web site is in "maintenance mode".

Should I believe the local Ruckus partner and buy this way?
