Might someone please highlight, in their own words, the major changes from the release notes file at RUCKUS Unleashed 200.9 (GA Refresh3) Release Notes | Technical Documents | Ruckus Wireless Support?

Ruckus appears to be putting more general content behind a paywall, as I had no issue reviewing the release notes from GA Refresh2, and it is further souring the brand in my mind.

What about bug from 200.9.10.4.233 related to WiFi Calling causing kernel panic reboot?  
Is it fixed in 200.9.10.4.243?

The release notes note the following:

Resolved an issue where APs were rebooting with kernel panic. [ER-9947]

I don't know if ER-9947 is specifically related to your issue.
