Hello,
I usually get the R550 but I'm trying to reset an R750 for a client to the factory defaults (no one knows the login). I tried this article but still can't get into it with super sp-admin.

I've also tried powering it on and holding down the reset for 7 seconds.
Anything you can do to let me know where I'm going wrong would be appreciated.

I've never seen this before but I tested with SSH and it worked so I tried incognito mode and it worked for chrome - edge also worked. My guess is something is cached which is preventing normal web login.

Can you break this down to a beginner level please? I'm having the exact same issue.

If you hold the reset for about 10 seconds if the lights change to red - you've reset it.
Make sure you can ping it.
I used putty and was able to connect to mine through ssh.
If you can't access it through the web gui after the reset - try either a different browser or open chrome in incognito mode

Since you can access via SSH, can you perform an factory reset from it "set factory" and then see if issue persist.
