Can’t login to the ruckus unleashed app to get updates for the devices

When I log in it says not connected to network despite the fact that I am connected.  Asks if I want to go to the apps settings.  Called support and they could not help.

Hi All,

Mobile app has been released, I hope you have upgraded the APs and the iOS app to fix the issue.
I have created a Self help topic on this to understand the issue behavior and the steps to resolve the issue.
I request you to please follow the steps if anyone is facing the issue.

Ok I am reading now it is saying the fix is coming week of July 1st?  So how will we login to download the update?

Hi @A1987 
You have to upgrade the APs by logging in from the Laptop. And for the iOS device, the new app should be available in the Apple Store.


I am having the same problem with iPhone log in.  Went to App Store and I do not see an update. Please advise!
