200.16 GA (200.16.7.0.325) - No 5GHz

Has anyone else had all their 5GHz manual channel configs wiped out and no 5GHz clients on 200.16.7.0.325?  No 5GHz clients after resetting manual channels nor with auto 5GHz channels.

Reverting to 200.15.6.112.54 and all is back to normal.

All R350 APs

Hi,
You can do the upgrade, if you face the issue with the channels, just disable the 5 Ghz from the Global prompt and re-enable it. This will make the channels available again and the issue will be solved.

Hi @gritech,

We are currently looking into the issue. We are suspecting the issue could be related to specific settings causing this, Could you please share your config backup with me so that I can check on the issue?

Also, the debug file will be very helpful here to diagnose the issue. You can get it from Admin & Services >> Administration >> Diagnostics >> Debug Info >> Select All components >> Apply >> Click on Save Debug File.

You can send me a private message.

Regards,
Sanjay Kumar

Would the 200.15 config be helpful?  I'm currently on 200.15.6.212.14 and all went well with the update from 200.15.6.112.54.  I have not tried 200.15.6.212.14 -> 200.16.7.0.325.

may have a 200.16 config backup, but since I reverted quickly both times I tried it I don't think I kept the backups.  I will check tomorrow.

Hi,

200.15 config should be fine for now, I can check in lab. If I'm not able to reproduce the issue then you can share the 200.16 config backup tomorrow.

Please share the login credentials as well.

I'll send the configs tomorrow when I'm back at work.
