vSCG Plane Out of Service after IP Change

Hi All,

I needed to change the IP of my vSCG appliance. So did that only now it says

Plane Out of Service 

When you loginto web interface

if you ssh it and show services they are all offline. Tried reboots etc, but dont know what to try next.
