Hello,
I have been following the YouTube for installing vSZ on Azure. Yes, I know, this is a newer version of vSZ than what was installed in the video. By the way, this is the official Ruckus Wireless, not some other persons how to. Anyway, I have gotten to the point of starting the VM. I can successfully connect to the vSZ using SSH to start the initial setup. However, when I enter the "default" login and password, admin and admin, it says that it is incorrect. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi Terrill,
The default admin credentials are as follows:
Default Admin Username: admin
Default Admin Password: admin
Default Enable Password: admin
Please confirm if you are accessing console or SSH.
If you are accessing SSH then I assume you have set up the IP of the vSZ, if that's the case, try accessing WebUI and check if you could access the Set up wizard page

I am using SSH, and it says that those credentials are not valid. Also just confirming this is the original setup, not trying to login to a vSZ that is already setup.

Hi Terrill,
If you are able to SSH, please open a WebUI using https://<controller_IP>:8443 then walk through with the set up, there you would be able to set up the admin credentials

I apologize for not getting back to this sooner, but I have been on leave, and still catching up. When I turn on the VM, and try to login using the URL, I get that the IP address refused to connect.
