Dears,
I have some ruckus H320 that are joined to ruckus virtual smartzone essential, their firmware version is now 3.5.1. For some requirement, i want to disconnect those aps from the controller, and convert their firmware to standalone, but now when i attempt to access the ap via web to change its firmware, it is failing probably because it is running now the controller based firmware. Would you please advise on how at this phase i can change the firmware of the AP ?
Thanks and Best Regards

If you are unable to access this AP on WEB, login to AP CLI and execute below :
set https enable
Once above is completed, execute below :
set scg init
set scg reset
Login back to AP WEB and you should see the upgrade tab, if not try above two commands couple of time, finally if it is not giving upgrade tab, you would have to perform a factory default on this AP using below command :
set factory

What would happen if i performed a hard reset for the AP ? When it boots again will i be able to access it via web ?
