T310C Rejected by SZ100 ACL

Anonymous

Hi all, I'm experiencing ACL rejecting issues of a new T310c im trying to add to a SZ100.

Below is the error im seeing on the event logs.

model [T310C] is not being upgraded with SmartZone AP firmware because of ACL setting.

I have tried the below with no luck.

sz100# conf

sz100(config)# lwapp2scg

sz100(config-lwapp2scg)# policy accept-all

Anything else i can try.

Thanks

Tried that, also doesn't seem to work the SZ sees the AP, but rejects it.

Could it be a bug in the firmware?

No it is not Skaap.

Can you just open a ticket with support and we check it out. mention the forum and my name and topic
It looks like something simple to fix.
