Hello,
We are operating about 20 physical Smartzone's at customer locations. These are 104, 124 and 144.
After many years operating we have find that the stability of the Smartzone isn't what you would expect for such a product. Especially after a reboot (scheduled, ie software update) or power outage we need cross our fingers that they start normally.
Are we the only ones that have this experience with the Smartzone's? Btw, we still have a couple of ZD3000 and never have been replaced or broken down, rock solid...

Thank you for your feedback and experience. Can you please elaborate what kind of issues or difficulties have been faced post reboot or software update ? Talking about power outage, Yes these can be painful as a sudden outage does cause DB corruption or device malfunction but this can happen in any vendor device sometimes.
