I have an account with SUPER-ADMIN permissions to the Smartzone GUI.
However, this account does not enable me to SSH to the controller or to SSH to an individual AP.
For this I believe I need to use the in-built 'admin' account and credentials.
Unfortunately I don't know the password.
I have tried to reset the password using the GUI, however I receive the error;
"Only the default admin user of system can operate"
I have 2 questions;
1 - How can I reset this password?
2 - Alternatively is there another way to SSH to the controller?

Hi,
You can access the controller CLI using "admin" user only.
If you are not sure about the password, then support team can help you to recover the password using the config backup file.
Please contact support with the config file and we can help on this.

I have access to the GUI to download the config file.
Is this enough? How can I decrypt and recover the 'admin' password?
