Smartzone 'admin' password

RUCKUS Community Forums are now in READ-ONLY mode while we migrate to a new platform.

You will still be able to read posts and knowledge articles, but will be unable to post new content until Go Live on the new platform Monday August 17.

I have an account with SUPER-ADMIN permissions to the Smartzone GUI.

However, this account does not enable me to SSH to the controller or to SSH to an individual AP.

For this I believe I need to use the in-built 'admin' account and credentials.

Unfortunately I don't know the password.

I have tried to reset the password using the GUI, however I receive the error;

"Only the default admin user of system can operate"

I have 2 questions;

1 - How can I reset this password?
2 - Alternatively is there another way to SSH to the controller?
