And still, I have to call support to do something that should be easy.
Godaddy offer mutiple "flavors" of the downloaded certificate. I have never seen anybody tell me which flavor is the best to update the certificate.
Essentially every time I call Ruckus support for this they need to "cut and paste" what we received from the Godaddy cert (bundled) and then able to import the cert successfully.
Since I only have to do this every year, I always forget the process of what they bundled together and imported and every time I call support I am given the 2nd link which lacks details....
I'm sure this is easy for SSL gurus but this should not have to be this difficult.....
