SZ100 Upgrade from 3.6.2.0.222 to 5.2

Hi,
i am trying to upgrade from 3.6.2.0.222 to 5.2.
i am getting error "your current system cannot be upgraded. Reason:The system cannot be upgraded, because the following zone(s) will be unsupported: v3.5.1.0.419 * 1"
Kindly let me know how can i upgrade to latest version.
This is new Device ones i upgrade from 3.5.1.0.296->3.6.2.0.222.
Not yet register Licence .

Hi Bino,
Please check and make sure each zone on this controller has the 3.6 AP version on it.
Select zone >> Click on More >> Change AP Firmware >> Choose the latest version.

Note: Doing this will restart all the APs withing the zone.

Thank you. i upgrade the Zone 3.6.
i just configure only one AP now and updated to 3.6.
let me know now i can upgrade to 5.2. because my other AP are new and not yet connected to controller.
Hope new AP will automatically upgrade to new 5.2 one its connected to controller , let me know your suggestion

Hi Bino,
Upgrading controller will not upgrade your APs until you go to each zone and change the AP zone firmware.
For example, if you upgrade controller to 5.2.0, AP zone will still use the 3.6.2 version and you have to go to Zone >> More >> Change AP Firmware.
This gives you freedom to upgrade AP firmware as per your convenience and also you can run different AP zones with different AP firmware.
Each zone acts as dedicated controller (assume each Zone as a Zone Director, if you are familiar with our ZD products).
