Hi, I have a R550 AP that won't register to a zd1200, the ap's firmware is 114.0.0.0.5585 and the zd1200's firmware is 10.5.1.0 build 199. What I can do?

Hi, do you see it hitting the ZD?

Do you have others APs in the same subnet of R550 that are able to connect to the ZD?
