Virtual SmartZone - (vSZ) version

Hi My name is Murali from Andhra Pradesh, We have installed Smart Zone in HyperV, all AP's are added and uploaded the Licensee but out of 22 AP's only 18 AP's are showing in smart zone dash board.. Everting was sysnced with controller.. Please help on this ..ty

Hi Murali,

Please check following points:

- Navigate to Administration > Licenses > Installed License>> Summary>> and check if the SZ has sufficient AP licenses.

- Verify ping to SZ IP from AP.

- Verify SZ connection status using AP CLI command: get scg

If controller IP is not configured or discovered, configure it using following CLI command:

set seg ip <Control plane IP>

- Verify firmware version of the AP using command: get version

If APs are not on latest solo file, download solo image from support website and upgrade the APs.

- Verify AP certificate using AP CLI command : get rpki-cert issue

Below are the example of good vs bad certificates

Updated/New cert output:
    rkscli:  get rpki-cert issuer
    Issuer: RuckusPKI-DeviceSubCA-2
    OK

Old cert output:
    rkscli:  get rpki-cert issuer
    Issuer: Ruckus Wireless, Inc.
    OK
