While using OCE i expect to see a 'Smart Roam' type threshold where clients not meeting minimum defined RSSI would be prevented from joining the SSIDs by ACL. instead, just as many poorly performing clients are able to connect. any "best practices" Ican read to help me kick off these poorly performing clients?

I would also be curious to know more about this, as the documentation is rather lacking or minimal (consistent problem with Ruckus).

I'd believe that maybe the stations that don't support OCE, that'd be the reason they're still able to connect to the AP even with bad signal levels.
