Include Group/Customer Name in vSZ Alert Emails or Api Calls

Hello,

We manage thousands of devices across multiple vSZ clusters. Unfortunately, the Virtual SmartZone does not currently offer any functionality to include the Group name (in our case, the customer name) in the alert emails. According to Ruckus Support, this information is also not available via API in the context of alerts. This creates a challenge for our support team, as they cannot immediately determine which customer an alert belongs to when processing notifications.

It would be extremely helpful if this information could be included, so that alerts can be triaged and resolved more efficiently.

Has anyone found a workaround or alternative approach for this?
